Dearest Dog Pack~

Just wanted to send you an update on our originally scheduled 3rd production of the 2024/25 season: THE HAPPINESS GYM by Ken Wietzman.  While we were initially very hopeful that our new venue would be finished in time for us to perform this project in 2025 to soft open our new space, we have had some recent building delays that have now unfortunately rendered this project untenable for the immediate future. The HAPPINESS GYM project is an expansive project that is a complete space take-over in its concept and, with our estimated building completion date now pushing up against next season’s rehearsal start dates, we are currently looking towards- hopefully - a late summer of 2026 to revisit this project for a limited run.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience/disappointment this may have caused.

As a loyal subscriber,  we want to offer you 4 options:

  1. Hang onto your HAPPINESS GYM ( HG) ticket and use it for the new dates.

  2. Take your refunded HG ticket amount off a future ticket/subscription purchase

  3. Turn your refunded HG ticket amount into a tax-exempt donation 

  4. Issue a refund for your HG ticket to your payment method of choice. 

 Simply email our Administrative Coordinator Chloe Parrish at chloe@kitchendogtheater.org  to let us know which option you would like and we will take care of it!

We so appreciate you as a member of our Dog Pack and with your patience as we work through this unwieldy/daunting process of building construction. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you, and we can’t wait to share our beautiful new space with you. A Season 35 announcement –our first in our new digs—will be coming your way shortly. While Happiness may be delayed right now, I promise we will have an abundance of it from February 2026 onwards! 😊
