PERFORMANCE POLICIES
Guests who purchase tickets to performances acknowledge and consent to the adherence of policies in place
COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES
PLEASE NOTE: Any and all policies are subject to change at any time as KDT continues to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and follow the guidelines of the CDC, Actor’s Equity Association, Community risk level, and local health officials.
The use of a face mask is strongly encouraged, though not required, at all performances. A face mask is, however, required for attendance at the first Sunday and second Friday performances of each run of each show, which are designated as "Extra Cautious" performances intended for individuals who prefer such safety precautions.
Actors may not interact with the audience members due to Actors Equity Association rules.
If you are not feeling well or experiencing symptoms, we encourage you to stay home and contact the Box Office at admin@kitchendogtheater.org or by phone at 214.953.1055 to reschedule your tickets for a time when you are feeling better. You will not be charged for any exchange due to illness.
While the health and safety of our staff, artists, and attendees continues to be the most important part of our daily operations, an inherent risk of exposure to and infection with COVID-19 exists in any space where people are present. By visiting Kitchen Dog you voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposure or infection with COVID-19.
*All safety policies and procedures are outlined in our Covid-19 Safety and Compliance Page, linked above*

We require audience members to find alternative activities to our performances for children under 8 years of age. Additionally, children under 14 years of age will not be permitted without a parent. However, age restrictions may vary based on each show’s specific content - please view each show’s individual page for show-specific content advisories and age restrictions before purchasing a ticket. We will gladly discuss subject matter with parents or guardians before the performance in order to make an informed decision for you and your child. Before purchasing tickets, please email admin@kitchendogtheater.org or call our Box Office at 214-953-1055.

Content advisories and strobe advisories are offered on each show's individual page as needed in order to respect everyone’s individual experiences, histories, and sensitivities. Additionally, should a patron need to leave a performance for any reason, our lobby will remain open and supervised for the duration of the show. However, patrons may not be readmitted once exiting the theater. For additional questions about a show’s content advisories please contact Kitchen Dog by phone at (214) 953-1055, or by email at admin@kitchendogtheater.org.
